**Important Notice**

As of January 2026, we have a new online system for events scheduling!

The Fleetwood Area School District permits the use of district facilities to outside organizations when facilities are not occupied for student instructional or activity purposes. Indoor facilities, including gymnasiums, are only available when buildings are open. 

District buildings are open Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Buildings are closed on Sundays and contracted holidays.

All individuals and organizations using district facilities are required to comply with the District’s Use of Facilities Policy. An organization’s certificate of liability insurance must be on file prior to approval of any facility request.

Fees will vary depending on whether those requesting usage are an Inside Group (Greater than 67% FASD resident participation, including IRS nonprofit groups serving the community or students) or an Outside Group (Groups with less than 67% FASD resident participation or events when an admission/entry fee is charged). Failure to provide a roster illustrating 67% FASD resident participation will result in the organization being billed at the Non-FASD group rate. 

All facility use requests must be submitted through the Incident IQ online system. To submit a request, organizations must first register for system access using the “Register for Login – Event Reservations” link.
