Facilities

**Important Notice**

As of January 19, 2026, we have a new online system for events scheduling!

The Fleetwood Area School District permits the use of district facilities to outside organizations when not occupied during student instructional and activity times. The sponsoring individual or group of any Use of Facilities is required to follow the requirements in the District's Use of Facilities Policy. An organization's liability insurance coverage must be on file before any approval will be granted.

Indoor facilities (including gymnasiums) are only available when the building is open. Buildings are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Buildings are closed on Sundays and contracted holidays.

Fees will vary depending on whether those requesting usage are an Inside Group (Greater than 67% FASD resident participation, including IRS nonprofit groups serving the community or students) or an Outside Group (Groups with less than 67% FASD resident participation or events when an admission/entry fee is charged). Failure to provide a roster illustrating 67% FASD resident participation will result in the organization being billed at the Non-FASD group rate. 

All requests for the use of any district facility must be made using the Incident IQ online system. To submit a request, all organizations must register to receive a login for the system using the Event Reservations Request link, found on the right side of this page.
