Due to the recent COVID- 19 the FASD will attempt to meet the deadlines for all RTK requests, however, the district may need additional time to complete the requests.

The Board recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the district's actions and the repository of information about this district. The public has the right under law to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, board policy, and administrative regulations.  The Board also recognizes its obligation to maintain the confidentiality of student records and personnel records.
