We have digitized our annual verification to help streamline the process and save you time.
Please follow the steps below to complete annual verification.

Important Dates

Annual Verification will open on July 1st!
 

Reminders will be sent until annual verification  has been completed. 

The Fleetwood Area School District has streamlined the beginning-of-the-year paperwork within the Parent Portal.  Before the first day of school, it is important to complete this digital paperwork to ensure the District has all the necessary information to help keep your student(s) safe.

  • To complete this required process, please click the following link: Fleetwood Area School District Parent Portal
    • If you forget your username or password, you will need to reach out to FASD IT Department 610-944-8111 ext. 10500.
    • If you are new the District or need to create a portal account, please complete the following steps:
          1. Select "New User?" 
          2. Enter your Activation Key- 
          3. Create a Parent Username and Password- Username 
           should not contain any spaces. Please write down your
           username and password for later use.
         4. Click Submit
         5. Click on Back to Login
         6. Enter your Parent Username and Password
         7. Click Log in
         8. Please bookmark this link for future Parent Portal

  • Once logged into the Parent Portal, click "More," and then select "Online Registration" to access the digital paperwork.

Address Change

Required Documents for Address Change
If you have moved to a new address in the district, you are required to provide the following documents by email to registration@fleetwoodasd.org.
  • Agreement of sale
  • Lease/Rental agreement
  • Property Tax bill/receipt
  • Property deed
  • Current Homeowners bill/policy
  • If you are living with someone we need a notarized letter stating with whom you are living with and a copy of their tax bill or rental agreement.
