We have digitized our registration application to help streamline the process and save you time.

Please follow the steps below to complete online registration.
If you are a new family to the district, please click below to get started!
*If you are a current family but need to enroll a new student,
then you can login into Infinite Campus Parent Portal, 
go to "More" on the left-hand side, and then click on "Registration" to begin!*
 
Kindergarten Registration for the following school year opens February 1st.

Registration for new 1st - 12th-grade students for the 2026-2027 school year will be open in February 2026.

Required Documents for Registration
When completing the digital paperwork, you will be required to upload the following required documents for registration. Please email registration@fleetwoodasd.org if you have any questions regarding this process. We look forward to welcoming you to Fleetwood Area School District!
 
Proof of Age & Immunizations
  • Any of the following official documents may be used for Proof of Age: Original or certified copy of Birth Certificate or Adoption Decree, Certification of Birth Abroad, court order, passport or similar legal instrument specifying the student’s name, sex, birth date, and parent/guardian’s name(s).
  • Immunization Record or Medical Exemption Form
Proof of Residency
One document from list 1 and one document from list 2 below are required for Proof of Residency
 
List 1:
  • Agreement of sale
  • Lease/Rental agreement
  • Property Tax bill/receipt
  • Property deed
  • Current Homeowners bill/policy
List 2:
  • Current electric and/or phone bill
  • Bill or receipts showing new address
  • TV cable or satellite activation/bill
  • Utility "turn on" service statement
  • Vehicle registration card/change of address
  • Vehicle insurance card
  • Driver's license/application for change of address
  • Check or pay stub
  • Post office address change or mail forward order
  • Voter registration card
  • If you are living with someone, we need a notarized letter stating with whom you are living with and a copy of their tax bill or rental agreement, as well as the Multiple Occupancy form. Multiple Occupancy forms are valid for one school year and must be renewed annually or whenever residency circumstances change.
Report Card/Transcript
  • Most recent report card/transcript from previous school, unless registering for kindergarten, if possible.
  • Previous School Information:
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. Phone number
  • If your child received special education services in his/her previous district, please provide a copy of your child’s most recent IEP, NOREP and most recent ER (evaluation report), if possible.
Custody Agreement
If you are not the child’s parent, or you have sole custody, please upload in the application or email proof of custody (court order) to registration@fleetwoodasd.org.
 
**Please note: Elementary School is K-4, Middle School is 5-8, and High School is 9-12.

Trying to register a New Student, but not New to Fleetwood Area School District:

If you currently have students in our district:

  • Go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  • Once you are logged into your parent portal, click on “More” on the left-hand side.
  • Then find and click on “Registration” to begin.

**Do not have an IC Parent Portal, call 610-944-8111 ext. 10500 to get one!
