New Employee Clearances

**Please note: Do not send any clearances through email.

New employees including coaches and substitutes must submit clearances dated within 12 months of their start date.  All clearances required, along with instructions and links are below.

Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training (Act 126)
Successful candidates will receive a link via email to complete the three-hour online mandated reporter training.  

Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168)
Act 168 of 2014 requires all prospective applicants to complete additional documentation to be sent to their current employer and any former employers where they had direct contact with children. These forms are to be completed electronically.  Successful candidates will receive an email notification to submit employment history information online.
