Dr. Michael P. Kelly - Assistant Superintendent

Dr. Michael Kelly joined the Fleetwood Area School District in September of 2021, as the Director of Curriculum and Assessment. In May of 2022, he was appointed to the role of Assistant Superintendent. Previously, Dr. Kelly served as middle school principal at Eyer Middle School in the East Penn School District. His prior experience also includes serving as an assistant principal at Muhlenberg Middle School, and social studies teacher at Oley Valley Middle School and Academy Park High School. 

Dr. Kelly completed his undergraduate education at Kutztown University, earning Bachelor Degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science, as well as his Social Studies teaching certification. Dr. Kelly earned his Master's of Education at Wilkes University, and his Doctorate of Education from Widener University, both with a concentration on K-12 Educational Leadership. 

Dr. Natalie Lytle - Director of Curriculum and Assessment

Dr. Natalie Lytle joined the Fleetwood Area School District in 2015, as the Fleetwood Area Middle School assistant principal. In 2019, she became the principal of the middle school where she served until July of 2022 when she was hired as the Director of Curriculum and Assessment. Previously, Dr. Lytle worked in Virginia in King George and Spotsylania County Schools as an 8th grade Science teacher.  

Dr. Lytle completed her undergraduate education at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, earning a Bachelor Degree in Biology, and her teaching certification at Mercyhurst University. She earned her Master's of Education in Educational Leadership at Edinboro Univesity, and her doctorate in K-12 Policy, Planning, and Leadership from The College of William and Mary. She most recently finished a certificate in Educational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Albright College.
